The SM8H14CAS-AU~SM8H48CAS-AU series comprises 6.6 kW Surface-Mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed for high surge capability and low leakage current in DO-218AB molded plastic packages. These devices are qualified to Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) Q101 standards, making them ideal for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients caused by inductive load switching and lightning, particularly in automotive load dump applications. Additionally, the products are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
