The 1K5PC12AS-AU~1K5PC48AS-AU series comprises Uni-directional 1500 W TVS Diodes, offering a voltage rage of 12 V to 48 V. With high power density, these diodes save valuable board space in a TO-277C low-profile package and they withstand a high soldering temperature of 260 °C for 10 seconds. Moreover, this series has been qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101 is suitable for a wide range of applications in automotive appliances. This product series is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
