The SBA120CH-AU~SBA140CH-AU series comprises 20~40 V Surface Mount Extreme Low V_F Schottky Rectifiers with a current rating of 1 A. These rectifiers offer an ultra-low forward voltage drop and fast switching speed with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101. They are specially designed for automotive applications, low power consumption applications, and reverse polarity protection in an SOD-323HE package. Moreover, the series is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0..
