Designed in a compact DFN1610-2L package, it enhances component durability and provides robust protection against EOS events. Qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) Q101 standard, this device is well-suited for a wide range of automotive applications. Additionally, the product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
