Solid State Disks (SSDs) use chip arrays to store data. Unlike traditional hard disk drives (HDDs), SSDs are not only much thinner and lighter, but also have a very fast startup speed and information transmission speed twice as fast as HDDs. Therefore, ensuring that SSDs function properly is key. For this reason, PANJIT has developed a series of thin and low-capacitance ESD protection components to effectively protect the chip, and small package MOSFETs with low resistance to ensure the normal switching operation of the SSD.
