Launching a tender offer of 5% the common shares of Champion Microelectronic Corp.

PANJIT International Inc. (2481.TW, “PANJIT”) launched a tender offer of the common shares of Champion Microelectronic Corp.(3257.TW, "CHAMPION"). As of March 2nd, 2022, at 14:26 the accumulated tendered shares have reached a total of 4,219,778 shares, exceeding the minimum amount of 4,000,000 shares (approximately 5.0% of the total issued and outstanding share capital of CHAMPION (equal to 79,986,590 shares, as shown in the system of commercial and industry registration profile of the Department of Commerce, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, last updated on December 17th, 2021)). PANJIT announces that all conditions of the tender offer of the common shares have been satisfied, and will continue the tender offer of CHAMPION's common shares until 15:30, March 17th, 2022.
