The 5KMC24CAS Transient Voltage Suppressor sustains 5000 W peak pulse power dissipation. Specially designed in an SMC package for surface mounted applications in order to optimize board space. This diode is ideal for I/O Interfaces, server motherboards and VCC bus protection in computing, industrial and consumer applications. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
