The 5KMC12AS~5KMC100AS series consists of 5 KW Transient Voltage Suppressors Diode in SMC molded plastic packages, designed for automated handling. These diodes provide surge protection that can operate in high-temperature environments, making them ideal for a wide range of applications in computing and I/O Interface. The products are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
