Bridge Rectifiers (VRRM = 50 - 1000V)

GBJA1506

The GBJA1506 600V glass passivated low profile bridge rectifier features a maximum junction temperature (Tj) of 150℃ with a current rating of 15A. It is designed with a glass-passivated chip junction in a thin single in-line package (KBJB). It's ideally used in AC/DC bridge full wave rectifications for slim adapter powers, game console powers, TV powers and home appliances. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
