Designed with high voltage capability and inrush current capability in TO-247AD-2LM Package, it's ideal for usage in general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication. The product features green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
