The RB751S40 40 V Surface Mount Schottky Diodes features extremely fast-speed switching and very low forward voltage with a current rating of 300 mA. Within the surface mount package, SOD-523, it's ideally suited for automatic insertions. Additionally, this product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
